These are the terms for using OhApply. We've kept them short. By using the service, you agree to them.
What OhApply does
OhApply is a Chrome extension and web app. It helps you edit your resume and fills in job applications from your profile. It stops and asks when it isn't sure.
You press submit
OhApply never submits an application for you. You check what's filled in and press submit, so you're responsible for what you send. Make sure your profile is true and up to date. The AI only uses your real experience, but you're the one who knows it best.
No promises about jobs
We help you apply faster. We can't promise interviews or job offers; those are up to employers.
Using it fairly
- Apply to jobs you actually want. Don't use OhApply to mass-spam employers.
- Follow the rules of the job sites you apply on.
- Your accounts on job sites are yours to look after, including what happens to them.
- Don't try to break, overload or misuse the service, or get around its limits.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account.
Plans, renewals and cancelling
- Free: 3 applications a day. No card needed.
- 1 week: $12 a week, renews weekly. 3 a day free + 40 a week.
- 1 month: $29 a month, renews monthly. 3 a day free + 150 a month.
- 3 months: $69 every 3 months, renews every 3 months. 3 a day free + 150 a month.
Cancel anytime. Applications you've used aren't refunded. Payments are handled by Stripe, and refunds follow Stripe's policy and your consumer rights. Every plan renews automatically until you cancel. When you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. If you switch plans, the new one starts right away and you pay the difference that day. Free users and paid users both get 3 applications a day; a plan's applications come on top.
Open source and the hosted service
The OhApply code is open source under the AGPL-3.0 licence, and you can run it yourself. These terms cover the hosted service at ohapply.com, which we run and charge for.
Liability
We work hard to keep OhApply reliable, but we provide it as it is. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, such as a missed job, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that can't be excluded.
Changes and closing your account
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and email you before the changes take effect. You can delete your account anytime in Settings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
