Autofill job applications, then press Submit yourself
OhApply is a Chrome extension that fills job application forms from your real resume. When a question isn't covered, it asks you. It never presses Submit, so every application that goes out is one you've read.
What it does, and what it doesn't
It fills fields from your resume
Name, contact details, work history, education, dropdowns and date boxes, the resume upload, and the questions you've answered before.
It asks when it isn't sure
Salary, notice period, work rights: if the answer isn't in your profile, it stops and asks you in the side panel, then remembers.
You press Submit
It stops at the last step. You read the application and send it.
It isn't mass auto-apply
It doesn't fire off hundreds of applications for you. Tools that do can guess at questions they don't know, and a wrong answer on work rights or salary can cost you the job.
How it works
Add your resume
Install the extension and upload your resume. OhApply builds your profile from it, and only from it.
Open an application
OhApply spots the form. Open the side panel and choose Fill this application. It fills each page and moves on.
OhApply: stops and asks when a required question isn't in your profile.
Check it and submit
Read the filled form, fix anything you want, and press Submit.
You: OhApply never presses Submit.

Passwords stay on your device
When a job site wants an account, OhApply fills your email and a strong password, saved only in the extension on your computer. You click Create account.
Nothing is sent until you ask
It checks for application forms on your computer. Nothing on the page is sent anywhere until you open the side panel.
Read the code
OhApply is open source, so anyone can check what it does. See it on GitHub.

Questions
Is OhApply an auto-apply bot?
No. It fills one application at a time, while you watch, and stops before Submit. It never sends applications on its own.
Where does it get my answers from?
From your resume, the files you give it and the answers you've typed before. It doesn't make up experience, skills or dates.
What if a question isn't covered by my resume?
It stops and asks you in the side panel. Your answer is saved, so the next form that asks the same thing gets filled without asking again.
Which job sites does it work on?
Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, SEEK, Indeed, LinkedIn and many other application systems. On other sites it still tries to read and fill the form.
What does it send to the AI?
Nothing until you open the side panel. Job-site passwords it creates stay on your computer and are never sent to the AI or our servers.
Is it free?
Yes. The free plan autofills 20 applications a day. Pro is $12 a month if you need more.
