Fill Workday applications in minutes
A Workday application is an account, a resume upload, then four or five pages of the same details you've typed before. OhApply fills those pages from your resume and stops at Review. You press Submit.
How to apply on Workday
Create an account for this employer
Click Apply, then sign in or create an account. Workday accounts belong to each employer, so a new company usually means a new account.
OhApply: fills your email and a strong, unique password, saved only on your device. You click Create account.
Upload your resume
Workday offers to read your resume and pre-fill the form. Check what it pulls in. Jobs and dates often land in the wrong place.
OhApply: uploads your resume file and fills the fields from your profile, so you're not fixing Workday's guesses.
My Information and My Experience
Name, contact details, address, then every job and degree as its own block, each with dropdowns and month and year fields.
OhApply: fills each page, adds a Work Experience or Education block for each one in your profile, and clicks Next to move on.
Application questions
Work rights, notice period, salary, how you heard about the job. Every employer sets its own.
OhApply: uses your saved answers. When a required question isn't in your profile, it stops and asks you once, then remembers.
Review, then Submit
Workday shows everything on one page. Read it, fix anything, and submit.
You: OhApply stops here. It never presses Submit.
Common Workday snags
Re-typing what's already on your resume
You upload a resume, then type the same jobs and dates again, page by page.
OhApply: fills those pages from your profile for you.
A new account for every employer
Ten applications can mean ten accounts and ten passwords to remember.
OhApply: creates the password and keeps it on your device for each site.
Dropdowns and date fields
Workday's dropdowns and split month and year boxes don't take a normal paste.
OhApply: picks options in the dropdowns and fills month and year separately.
Questions you haven't answered before
Salary, notice, visa: different wording at every company.
OhApply: asks you once in the side panel and saves the answer for next time.
Every employer sets up Workday a little differently. If OhApply gets a step wrong, tell us on GitHub and we'll fix it.
Questions
Does OhApply submit my Workday application?
No. It fills each step and stops at Review. You read it over and press Submit yourself.
Why does Workday make me create an account for every company?
Each employer runs its own Workday site, so an account on one doesn't carry over to the next. OhApply fills your email and a strong new password for each one, saves the password only on your device, and leaves the Create account button for you to click.
Does OhApply see or store my Workday passwords?
The passwords it creates are saved only in the extension on your computer. They are not sent to the AI or to our servers.
What happens when Workday asks something that isn't on my resume?
OhApply stops and asks you in the side panel. Your answer is saved, so the next application that asks the same thing gets filled without asking again.
Will it tick the terms or consent boxes for me?
No. Consent and terms checkboxes are always left for you.
Is it free?
Yes. The free plan autofills 20 applications a day. Pro is $12 a month if you need more.
